What Makes Pirots 4 Special?

Pirots 4 is not just a regular sequel. It’s a game where the same core engine is used across three completely different worlds, each with its own enemies, coin games, and X-iter paths. The fundamental feel is still CollectR™, but the game is much larger than previous instalments thanks to the space station, corner bombs, tunnels, portals, and several variant-unique events that can completely change a round.

For the player, this means Pirots 4 can feel like three different games in one. Frozen Fury is about Yetis and freeze zones, Inferno about fire and Fire Minions, while Lost in Space is based on Space Bandits and alien chaos. This also makes the game unusually rich in content for those who enjoy deep slots with multiple layers of features.

Controls and Gameplay

Pirots 4 uses the same clear interface as the rest of the series. The Paytable layer easily displays the Paytable, Settings, Rules, Promotions, and other regulations. The bet is set before the round, and the game works on both desktop and mobile, which is important as Pirots 4 often has multiple features running simultaneously.

What distinguishes Pirots 4 from simpler slots is that the game board itself is also part of the experience. When corner bombs detonate, not only do the winnings change, but also the appearance of the station and how the birds can move in the next step.

Common Rules Across All Three Worlds

All rounds begin on a 6×6 grid where gems start at level 1. Four birds collect orthogonally adjacent gems of their own colour, as well as all feature symbols. When no more symbols can be collected, the game board refills, and that’s when oscillating features, corner bombs, and world triggers begin to affect the next stage of the round.

Above the game board is the Symbol Collection Meter. It’s charged by gems and wilds collected by the birds. When it fills, a Feature Symbol Release is stored, and up to three such releases can be pending simultaneously. Corner bombs are located in the inner corners of the station and, when detonated, can blast away parts of the station and expand the grid up to 8×8.

Once the station opens up, the game becomes even freer. Tunnels can reveal features, and when full size is reached, space portals can allow birds to move between corners if the correct symbols are in place. Therefore, Pirots 4 feels more physical than previous instalments in the series: the game board itself changes visually and mechanically during the round.

Differences Between Frozen Fury, Inferno, and Lost in Space

World Main Feature Coin Game Feel
Frozen Fury Yeti Snack Time Frozen Fury Coin Game Cold, freezing, and growing Yeti multiplier.
Inferno Fire Minions Inferno Coin Game Fire, mystery fire, marathon run, and Charlie button.
Lost in Space Alien Invasion Lost in Space Coin Game Space Bandit, duels, and spaceship multiplier.

Frozen Fury

Frozen Fury uses Yeti Snack Time as its main feature. When a bird collects a Yeti Horn, the function remains pending until the birds get stuck. Then, a 4×4 freeze zone is created in the middle of the game board, and a large Yeti is placed in the centre. If a bird later enters the freeze zone, it is frozen away, and the Yeti multiplier doubles.

The Frozen Fury Coin Game is only triggered if all collectible symbols are cleared during Spacecorn. It is played on an 8×8 grid with the Yeti in the middle, birds in the corners, and special bridges that help reach coins. This makes Frozen Fury the most tactical world of the three, as positioning is extra important here.

Inferno

Inferno uses Fire Minions as its core feature. When a Rocket triggers the function, 1 to 4 minions appear and can ignite the birds. This starts a fire marathon where the birds run through random steps, leaving behind mystery fire. These squares can later be revealed as gems or coins depending on the level.

The Inferno Coin Game is the most aggressive coin variant in Pirots 4, as it is played on a 9×9 grid and also contains the famous don’t press button in the middle. If a bird reaches the button, Charlie is triggered, all visible birds are ignited, and the chaos further increases.

Lost in Space

Lost in Space uses Alien Invasion to unleash the Space Bandit. During the feature, the Symbol Collection Meter is disabled, and the Space Bandit collects symbols column by column instead. If he lands on the same spot as a bird, a space duel begins. If he wins, the spaceship multiplier builds up, making this one of the riskiest and most exciting features in the entire series.

The Lost in Space Coin Game is played on an 8×8 grid and relies on bridges and coin networks between the birds. If multiple birds are connected via the same coin chain, already collected values can continue to be transferred, making this the most interconnected coin variant in Pirots 4.

Bonus Game, Super Bonus, and X-iter in Pirots 4

In all three worlds, the Bonus Game is triggered by 3 Bonus symbols and starts with 5 Free Drops. If a new Bonus symbol is collected during the bonus, the player receives an additional Free Drop. At the same time, several parts of the progression are persistent: meters, grid size, and colour levels carry over into the bonus.

The Super Bonus Game is triggered if one of the three bonus symbols is a Super Bonus symbol. The game then starts on an 8×8 grid, and all Upgrade symbols function as Upgrade All. The X-iter structure is also clearly divided. The common purchases are 3x, 100x, and 500x, while each world also has its own purchases at 25x and 50x.
